SOHK was founded in 2012 by Ken Cowen, who created the concept in 2007.

Delivering programmes to help unemployed adults find full-time work and to help children at risk of exclusion from school to complete mainstream education.

The approach has proven to be succesful.

85% Reduction in School Exclusions  and many other outcomes...
