And this is what we aim for with our association: to provide children in remote, poor villages in southern Senegal with tools to create a better future for themselves and their families. A future that starts with a good education. A future that starts today in kindergarten, where creativity, entrepreneurial spirit, eagerness to learn, hope and ambition are honed! Together with our willing sponsors, we strive to help as many children as possible!

RC E-Club of Belgium 1 was born from a friendship between several members of RC Zottegem. Quite a few of the Rotarians had been finding it challenging to get to the weekly meetings due to professional commitments or because of moves abroad. The E-Club format offered an occasion to continue doing great things, but virtually as opposed to physically. RC Zottegem later became the mentor club to today's e-club. Our club is currently composed of fifteen like-minded friends who are committed to the social objectives that Rotary supports. Through weekly discussions on our forum and/or participation in interactive committee meetings, we strive to contribute to the Rotary’s overall goals and simultaneously enjoy the special digital community we have founded together. In August 2019 RC E-Club of Belgium 1 became the first Rotary Passport club in the Benelux.A passport club is a Rotary club that encourages members to attend meetings hosted by other Rotary clubs, as long as they are able to attend a specific number of meetings in their own club each year. Members are also encouraged to participate in service projects organized by other clubs.RC E-Club of Belgium 1 Passport has different classifications, which means our membership is very diverse.RC E-Club of Belgium 1 Passport meets every First and Third Tuesday of the Month at 21.00 (9:00 P.M.)
